BESD District Office Fund

IT’S TIME AGAIN!   Office Fund dues are due by Friday, September 11, 2026, for anyone wanting to participate in the fund.  Attached is a copy of the current BESD Office Fund Policy.  Office dues will be $50 this year; the balance in our account has become very low. If funds become depleted, another collection may be necessary.  If you think changes need to be made to the policy, let me know.

This year Office Fund dues may be paid using SuccessFund or you may bring your payment to Marci so I can write a receipt and keep an accurate (and current) member listing for the year.  The list of member names goes on the card(s) with the payment/flowers, etc.

Last year per the policy we contributed to six weddings ($200 each totaling $1,200), flowers/gifts for one hospitalization ($90) and eight funerals ($90 each totaling $720), and six retirements ($150 each totaling $900) for a grand total of $2,910.  Karli Hess will have the responsibility of purchasing gifts and flowers.
