Caring for Care Team

Join us for our Caring for Care Team fundraiser, hosted by Oakland Meadow School! We're raising funds to support our Oakland Meadow Care Team, who work tirelessly to ensure our students have a successful day at school. This may involve purchasing food, snacks, clothing, jackets, wipes, and medical supplies needed for students to attend school. Additionally, Care Team hopes to support students who have extended hospital stays by providing gas cards, food cards, and more to our families who are experiencing the stress of difficult and extended hospital stays. Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference in the lives of our students. Your support will help us provide the necessary resources for our students to thrive throughout the school year.
