Concession Stand
Are others helping too? Share this page with them:
Sell concessions, set up a school store, or open a snack bar at your events, shows, or games.
SuccessFund's campaign template makes it easy to:
- Add, modify, or remove products so you're not spending hours setting things up. (start with a pre-loaded list with candy, chips, soda, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, ice cream, and more)
- Sell products in person quickly so you can keep the lines short and increase sales.
- Keep track of your sales, inventory, and results so you know what's popular, and what needs to be restocked.

Some of the best ideas we've seen:
- Survey Events Calendar: Review school event schedule to anticipate crowds, hours and staffing needs.
- Evaluate Facilities: Ensure adequate power, lighting, counters, appliances, refrigeration, plumbing etc. to serve prepared food.
- Obtain Permits: Check state/county health department regulations and secure any required permits to serve prepared foods.
- Create Menus & Source: Choose easy to store, make, and transport menu items. Secure vendors and pricing for needed quantities.
- Recruit & Schedule Staff: Student clubs, teachers, alumni and parent groups make enthusiastic volunteers! Provide training.
- Promote Efficient Layouts: Set up serving and condiment stands and mark queues to keep customer lines smooth.
- Practice Safe Handling: Enforce employee hand washing, glove use, refrigeration temperature checks to prevent issues.
- Offer Pre-Sales: Allow pre-event and halftime pre-orders for pick up.
- Accept All Modern Payments Including Venmo: Use the SuccessFund app to accept Venmo in person. Add a card reader to accept chip and contactless payments.
- Review Financials: Review sales, costs, and profitability afterward to guide pricing adjustments, and menu planning via Results tab in campaign.
