OHJH Band Fees

It is the strong belief of the OHJH Band and Administration that financial circumstances should not keep a student from participating in Band. Please let Mr. Day know if arrangements or payment plans are needed.
The preferred method of payment is online though SuccessFund. If necessary, payments by check or cash can be made to Mr. Day. Please make checks out to “Oak Hills Junior Band.”
The following outlines the Payments and Fees for the 2026-27 school year:
Band Fee – $60.00
Required for all students.
Used for materials used every day in class, such as sheet music, reeds, sight-reading materials, technology, online materials, additional mouthpieces/supplies, etc.
This fee also covers Solo and Ensemble Contest.
Be advised that this Band Fee must be paid before a student can pay for any Band Socials or Trips.
Band Shirt – $20.00
Every student must have a OHJH Band Polo.
7th and 8th graders can use the shirt they had the year before if it is still in good condition and fits. All 6th graders will need to purchase the shirt.
Family members may purchase shirts as well.
School-owned Instruments Usage Fee – $100.00
Only required of every student who use school-owned instruments.
This can be paid at any point in the year and payment plans are available.
Students only pay the fee once per year, regardless of how many instruments are checked out to them.
