SPECIFICATIONS

In this game, participants are assigned targets, typically other seniors, whom they must “eliminate.” This is done by tagging them by spraying them with a water gun. This interaction must be recorded and posted within the app Splashin. Once a participant has successfully “eliminated” their target, they inherit that individual’s target. This continues until only one player remains. If a target is wearing swimming goggles or a pool floaty they cannot be eliminated. 

RULES & REGULATIONS 

1. Each player is required to pay a $15 entry fee.

2. The game will be coordinated through a specialized app called “Splashin.”

3. Each participant will be required to provide their own water gun, goggles, and or floaty

4. Water guns cannot look like real guns, every water gun must be shown to the organizer of the game to make sure it is appropriate.

5. Targets cannot be eliminated on school grounds, inside the target’s house, or any inappropriate place such as funerals, weddings, or government buildings. Yards and porches are fair game.

6. Players will be expected to uphold respect and sportsmanship throughout the game. 

7. The Jerome Police Department will be informed of what is happening to avoid any incidents.

8. Physically injuring another player will result in immediate disqualification without refund. 

9. A video must be taken of an elimination for it to be considered legitimate.

10. Participants must respect personal boundaries and property of others. They will refrain from entering restricted areas or engaging in behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable. 

11. The organizer of the game reserves the right to have the authority to interpret and enforce the rules of the game unbiasedly. The decisions regarding disputes or rule violations are final.

12. The game will end when only one player remains or when the time limit expires.

13. Any form of breaking or bending the rules will result in immediate disqualification with no refund. 

14. If a player is found with a water gun on school grounds they will be kicked out of the game and the admin will proceed with discipline they see fit. 

15. Only seniors are allowed to play.
