Temple View Commons will match your donations up to $2,700, doubling the impact of your gift. The grant allows elementary arts programs to purchase quality materials for student use. Art education was important to my education (architecture) but also for my children (theater, choir, piano, video and photography). This is an important component to a comprehensive education and is as important as general education and athletics. While athletics seem to get the spotlight, more kids will benefit long term from a form of arts education in their adult life and professionally than a professional sports career. Moving forward with a full head of STEAM! (The A part is as important as the other parts.)
