B-Well 5k

As part of the Buhler Frolic, USD 313 will host a 5K!  The event will be on the morning of September 26th 2026.  While we welcome competitive runners, the course is designed for runners, joggers, and walkers. It's an untimed event, as we will not have staff to time participants as they finish. Our goal is to provide an active and fun start to your morning before partaking in the Buhler Frolic!  We will also lead a One Mile walk as a short, laid-back way to participate.  

5K

Start time: 8:00 AM

The 5K will be a course designed around the town of Buhler, starting and ending at Community National Bank and Trust, 200 N Main St, Buhler, KS 67522.  

One-Mile

Start time: 8:05 AM (once runners have taken off)

The One-Mile will stretch Main Street from Community National Bank and Trust to Buhler Grade School and back to PBK.

Registration is $20 per participant with 100% of the proceeds going to the USD 313 B-Well program, which is our district worksite wellness program.  We've also included a donate button if you are interested in helping our teachers and staff BE WELL in that capacity. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION is Friday, August 21st! 

Our goal is 100 participants!  Join us for our THIRD  B-Well Frolic 5K and then stick around for all the fun that is the Buhler Frolic!  Food vendors start serving breakfast at 9AM.  Perfect timing!
